Message from the Alumni President

Dr David King Boison President, Methodist University Ghana Alumni Association

Dear Esteemed Alumni Members of Methodist University Ghana,

As the newly elected President of the Methodist University Ghana Alumni Association, I am honored and privileged to lead this great association of brilliant minds and dynamic individuals who have passed through the halls of this great institution.

The impact of our alma mater is immeasurable, as we continue to make indelible marks in various fields across the globe. However, we cannot afford to rest on our laurels. We must come together to build a solid and sustainable alumni body that will contribute meaningfully to the growth and development of the university.

As you may be aware, the university has established an endowment fund to support various initiatives, including scholarship programs, research grants, and infrastructure development. It is imperative that we as alumni are involved in this noble cause, not only to give back to our alma mater but also to support the next generation of students who will pass through the university.

Furthermore, we must embrace technology and be technologically ready to navigate the fast-paced and ever-changing world we find ourselves in. The world is now a global village, and we must use technology to keep in touch with each other and keep abreast of developments in our respective fields.

To this end, we have outlined innovative programs for the year, including Alumni Lecture Series, Elections, Homecoming, and other exciting activities that will enable us to reconnect and network with fellow alumni members.

We, therefore, entreat all alumni to donate and support the association in its activities. Your contributions, no matter how small, will go a long way in building a solid alumni body that will make a significant impact in the growth and development of the university.

Let us all come together and contribute our quota to make a positive difference in the world.
