How to Pay Your Fees Through PAPSS

The Methodist University Ghana (MUG) has partnered with the Pan-African Payment and Settlement System (PAPSS) and Prudential Bank Ltd in Ghana to make the process of fee payment easier and more convenient. PAPSS/Prudential Bank allows you to pay fees in your local currency securely and efficiently. This partnership eliminates the need for currency conversion through external currencies, such as U.S. dollars, British pounds sterling or Euros, thus reducing transaction costs.

How to Pay Your Fees Through PAPSS

1. Visit a Member Bank

Visit https://bit.ly/PBLPAPSS for the full list of participating banks in Africa.

2. Fill out the PAPSS Form

  • Request the PAPSS payment form at the bank and fill in the necessary details:
    • MUG School Fees Account Number: 0022202120015 
    • Bank: Prudential Bank Limited
    • Branch: Abossey Okai, Ghana
    • Payment Type: Fees
    • Student ID/Number
    • Student’s Full Name
    • The Amount to be paid
    • Transaction Date

3. Initiate the Payment

The bank will process your payment through PAPSS. Ensure that you select Prudential Bank as the beneficiary and input the correct account details

4. Payment Confirmation

Once your payment is made, your account at Methodist University will be credited in real time. You will receive a confirmation from your bank that the transaction has been successful

Participating Countries: PAPSS is currently available in the following countries: Nigeria, Djibouti, Gambia, Guinea, Kenya, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.
