Michael Ansong Diawuo is a lecturer in the Department of Management Studies under the Faculty of Business Administration at the Methodist University, Ghana. He lectures in Management. Before moving into academia Diawuo had worked with the Ghana Education Service in various capacities as a Classroom teacher, District /Municipal Budget Officer, and Training Officer attaining the Grade of Assistant Director I. Michael is a committed lecturer with over 28 yearsof experience having taught atbasic, secondary, undergraduate, and postgraduate levels. His key areas of expertise are Public Sector Management, Public Administration, and Public Policy Management. He holds an MPhil degree in Public Administration from the University of Ghana Business School, a Bachelor of Science degree and a Diploma in Public Administration at the University of Ghana Business School- Legon. Currently, he is a final year PhD Candidate in Public Administration and Policy Management with the University of Ghana Business School, Department of Public Administration and Management
