Albert Amponsah Addae

Albert Amponsah Addae is a lecturer with the Department of Accounting and Finance of the Methodist University Ghana. Albert has been a lecturer with the department for over 10 years, over the years he has lectured in various courses for both undergraduate and post-graduates of the University. He also regularly volunteers to train final-year accounting students of the university in the accounting software Quickbooks.

Mr Addae is a also tax and business consultant. He has worked for most local and multinational companies in Ghana in the areas of tax planning, Corporate/individual tax advice,  transfer pricing, Business Valuation, Strategic Business plans, corporate restructuring auditing, Tax training and Quick book training.

Mr Addae had his bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Methodist University Ghana in 2008. He later proceeded to the University of Ghana in 2010 to pursue a Master of Philosophy in Finance, which he graduated from in 2012. He is also a graduate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana and the Chartered Institute of Taxation Ghana. He is a member in Good standing for both institutes. He is also a Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and a current PhD student of taxation at the University of South Africa.

Mr Addae is a native of Tweapiesea in the Dormaa Ahenkro District of the Bono region. He is Married and blessed with two boys.
