Dr. Bawulenbeug Zoogah holds a B.A., and MPhil from the University of Cape Coast in the years 2010 and 2014 respectively. Bawulenbeug completed his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Human Resource Management from the Department of Organisation and Human Resource Management (OHRM) at the University of Ghana Business School, University of Ghana in 2021. Bawulenbeug is a lecturer at the Department of Management Studies, Faculty of Business Administration, Methodist University Ghana. His areas of specialization include cross-cultural management, workplace deviant behaviors, International Human Resource Management, Human Resource Management, OrganizationalBehavior, Change management, Organizational Development, Management Research Methodology, and strategic Management. Bawulenbeug has a wide range of teaching, research, and consulting experience. He has worked at Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), Institute of Distance Learning, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology at KNUST Business School, Institute of Education, University of Cape Coast and Organisational Development Institute. He teaches courses such as Human Resource Development, Strategic Human Resource Management, and Human Resource Management. Bawulenbeug has provided consultancy services with Public and private institutions in Ghana.He has participated in academic and practice-oriented conferences, seminars, and workshops both nationally and internationally. Bawulenbeug has published in reputable international journals as well as being areviewer for acclaimedinternational journals including the Academy of Management and RBGN Review of Business. He is a member of the Academy of Management (AoM) and the Africa Academy of Management (AFAM).
