Dr. Turkson Patrick Joel is a Lecturer and an Exams Officer at the Methodist University Ghana- Faculty of Business and Administration, Department of Entrepreneurship, Marketing and Supply Chain Management, Accra Ghana.Holds a PhD degree in Marketing from Nelson Mandela University- South Africa, MBA in Marketing from Methodist University Ghana, BSc in Business Administration (General Management option), Postgraduate Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM)- UK, and a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing. Has over 15years experience as a corporate manager, a lecturer and a prolific researcher. Dr Turkson is also an Apostle of God and a marriage counsellor. Research experience includes customer experience, consumer behaviour, service marketing, and retailing.Has published articles in numerous high-impact Journals and attended several international academic conferences.
