Mr Fred Agbenya Kpekpena is a product of University of Ghana, Legon. He obtained B.Sc Agriculture (Agricultural Economics) in 1993 and an MBA Finance in 2001. He chartered as a Banker with the Chartered Institute of Bankers (Ghana) in 2001. He worked with the Agricultural Development Bank from 1995 to 2006 and rose up to the position of a branch manager in the bank in 2003. In 2006, he worked as the head of Finance and Administration at BAFLA Limited, a concrete product manufacturing firm in Accra, till 2008 when he resigned. He joined Methodist University College, Ghana in 2007 as a part-time lecturer and eventually as a full-time lecturer in 2009, working in the Banking and Finance Department. Currently, he is a lecturer in the Accounting and Finance Department of Methodist University Ghana.
